During the 2002-2003 program year, Massachusetts School to Career/Connecting Activities staff from nine regions piloted Project Success - a set of programs that integrated MCAS remediation with work-based learning. Called "Project Success" or "Summer of Work and Learning" or "Classroom in the Workplace," these programs provided students with classroom work at the employer worksite, closely integrated with worksite experiences.

The Project Success Study looks at the jobs students held, a profile of the participating employers, student attendance and completion rates, and success with the MCAS retests.
